Cathy Cooke, MSW

My name is Cathy, and I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors mental health.

​

I have worked in a variety of settings, including youth justice and hospice. I have an interest in mental health struggles impacting older adults.

​

Challenges are a part of life and can be overcome with support and guidance. Building connection and support gives you strength and motivation. Together we can develop strategies and coping skills, so you can move forward feeling fulfilled, confident, and strong.

Cassandra Jocco, MSW Registered Social Worker 

My name is Cassandra, and I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. I obtained my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. I am also a Child and Youth Worker with a background working in a psychiatric inpatient unit. I have ten years of experience working with children and youth. I also have experience working with adults of varying ages, as well as individuals with eating disorders. I have years of implementing cognitive behavioral therapy into my practice. As the world around us is always changing, we are faced with new challenges, some of which we need help navigating through.

 

My goal as your therapist is to make you feel welcome, supported, and proud that you made the decision to seek help. I am committed to being compassionate and flexible during your counselling session. I understand that each person is an individual with a diverse background so your plan for counselling will be tailored to fit your needs and unique to you.

Abbey Stotts, MSW Registered Social Worker

My name is Abbey, and I am a Registered Social Worker in Windsor Ontario. A great deal of my experience is working with children, specifically children diagnosed with ASD, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, and a variety of Learning Disabilities.

I offer mental health counselling for children and adults. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for my clients to express their thoughts and feelings, while working towards personal goals and well-being. I am confident in providing counselling services for a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational concerns, and more! I am here to work alongside you in setting goals, developing a plan, and implementing positive change!

Alexa Pugh, MSW Registered Social Worker

My name is Alexa, as a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, I offer mental health counselling for children and teens who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, school avoidance, self-harm, trauma, family conflict, social skills, and behavioral issues.

 

My goal is to provide a safe and healing environment to promote positive change towards personal goals. I recognize the value of feeling heard and aim to support youth in learning healthy coping skills. Finding appropriate support for children can be difficult. Allow me help you and your child manage those big feelings.
