Adult Counselling
(Individuals & Couples)

For many people, reaching out for help is not an easy decision. Our clinicians use a strength-based approach to counselling. We recognize that you are the expert in your own life and that the power to change is within you.

We can help with issues such as self-esteem, adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, career change, stress, parenting, and relationship issues.

Counselling for Older Adults

We understand that older adults face many unique challenges.

Life transitions, such as retirement or downsizing can be very unsettling. If you have lost a partner or someone close to you, you may be having difficulty coping. No matter the situation, our compassionate clinicians can help guide you to a place of hope and renewed optimism.

Counselling for Survivors of Brain Injury & Caregivers

Brain injury is life-altering and affects each person differently. It can impact how you view yourself, as well as your relationship with others.

In addition, caregivers for brain injury survivors may face their own particular challenges.

We can help you to navigate your new life and create goals for the future, as well as providing support for caregivers.

Pre- and Post-Natal

Becoming a new parent can be at time of great joy and excitement. However, it can also be bewildering and a bit frightening.

Our experienced clinicians are available to address all of your needs, both before the birth of your child and after their arrival.
